In order to make the account LIVE, you will need to complete a Direct Debit Mandate. Once completed, please post the ORIGINAL document back to the above address. Your bank/building society will NOT ACCEPT COPY DOCUMENTS such as a fax. This must be the original document.

Credit account will be opened within 7 days of receiving your Credit Application Form and original Direct Debit Mandate - subject to receiving suitable credit check. Credit checks will be performed by CreditSafe Uk Ltd.
