Norfolkline transfer from Killingholme to Immingham


As part of the intergration of Norfolkline into DFDS the service from Killingholme - Vlaardingen will transfer to the DFDS Riverside Terminal at Immingham from August 1st.

The service will continue to go to Vlaardingen, and will operate alongside the existing DFDS route between Immingham and Rotterdam. Both services will remain on their current schedules.

The transfer of the service to Immingham will bring the following advantanges:

  • end-to-end service will be delivered by DFDS Seaways
  • Reduction in driver delays entering and leaving the DFDS Riverside Terminal due to an automated gate control system
  • Improved speed of discharge and loading of the vessels
  • Immediate access to dual carriageway and motorway connections

The service will transfer from Sunday 1st August 2010. The last arrival in Killingholme will be Saturday 31st July at 06.00 and the final departure from Killingholme will be Saturday 31st July at 18.00. The first departure from Vlaardingen to Immingham will be Saturday July 31st at 16.00 and the first departure fom Immingham to Vlaardingen will be Monday August 2nd at 20.00
