We have been advised that there will be a national strike in Belgium on 30th January 2012. This strike will last for 24 hours from 06:00 CET Monday, ending 06:00 CET Tuesday. Unfortunately there will be some disruptions on port operations.

Cobelfret have advised that during this period no vessels will be worked and no freight units will be able to enter or leave the terminal. This means that all departures from Zeebrugge to Purfleet or Killingholme will be cancelled. The Sunday sailings from Killingholme and Purfleet are also cancelled.

DFDS have also announced changes to their Rosyth - Zeebrugge service. There will be a departure from Zeebrugge at 13:00 Saturday 28th, arriving 12:00 Sunday 29th. The departure from Rosyth will then be Tuesday 31st at 20:00.

P&O have advised that they are expecting disruption but with no further information avaiable yet.
