DFDS is one of the biggest ferry operators in Europe, operating 18 vessels. In 2007 they shipped over 2 million passengers. In July 2010 they took over Norfolkline are now known as DFDS Seaways.

The range of services DFDS Seaways (formerly Norfolkline) offers is extensive, catering for the ferry passenger and freight ferry markets. Services between Dover and Dunkerque operate every 2 hours in both directions and can cater for driver accompanied and unaccompanied traffic.
