Germany to Denmark freight ferries

A crossing is offered 10 times a day leaving from the port of Rostock travelling to Gedser, which is a 1 hour and 45 minute journey. Gedser is a small town at the southern tip of the Danish island of Falster. The port is situated towards the south of the town and has easy access to the E55 road that runs through the town.
Alternatively, if you prefer to sail from Puttgarden, there are ferries available to Rodby 46 times a day (travel time 45 minutes). Puttgarden is a small town with a ferry harbour on the German island of Fehmarn, close to Denmark.
