These ferries travel either to Travemunde (sailing 4 times a day with a journey time of 7 hours and 15 minutes) or to Rostock (20 times a week with a travelling duration of 5 hours and 30 minutes). Scandlines also provide this ferry crossing to Rostock, however this service is provided 19 times a week and takes slightly longer at 6 hours. Scandlines offers an alternative ferry route from Trelleborg to Sassnitz which occurs 4 times a day (4 hour crossing).
Alternatively, Stena Line provides a ferry crossing from Gothenburg to Kiel which sails 7 times a week and take approximately 14 hours in total. Stena Line are the world’s leading ferry company, providing travel for over 17 million passengers a year.
If travelling from Malmo, Finnlines supplies a ferry route travelling to the port of Travemunde which takes roughly 8 hours and 30 minutes (20 crossings a week).
