If travelling from Travemunde (north Germany) Finnlines provides a ferry travelling to Malmo (southern Sweden) 20 times a week (journey time of 8 hours and 30 minutes). Alternatively if you are wanting to reach the destination of Trelleborg (southern coast of Sweden) TT Line offers a crossing which takes approximately 7 hours and 15 minutes, 3 times a day.
Both Scandlines and TT Line provide services from Rostock (north Germany) to Trelleborg. Scandlines offers 19 sailings a week (6 hour duration) whereas TT Line provides the same amount of crossings but all journeys take approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes.
Scandlines offer alternative service leaving from Sassnitz (north-east Germany) and docking into Trelleborg which takes 4 hours and sails 5 times a day.
If passengers would prefer to dock from Kiel (north Germany), Stena Line supplies a ferry route 7 times a week heading to Gothenburg which is on the south-west coast of Sweden (14 hour crossing).
