Freight ferries with NordöLink from Germany to Sweden on a ferry route from Travemunde to Malmo.

NordöLink (or Nordo Link) was founded in 1986. In 2001 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Finnlines ferry group who offer ferry crossings and freight ferry crossings between Finland, Germany, Poland, Sweden and Russia amongst others. The NordöLink brand exclusively sells ferry services between Germany and Sweden.

NordöLink operates four vessels on the Travemunde Malmo ferry crossing, all capable of carrying a mixture of freight and passengers. There are three sailings per day in each direction with a crossing duration of around 9 hours.

Onboard NordöLink ferries between Sweden and Germany the facilities are of a high standard including spacious cabins bars, restaurants and even a swimming pool.
