About you

You are customer focused with exceptional attention to detail and you consider yourself a problem solver with a can do attitude, who can work as a part of the team, be flexible and adaptable to quickly changing priorities.

We are on the lookout for a results driven, self-motivated, confident and outgoing individual to join our small, lively, multi-lingual and collaborative team.

You must speak/write fluently in English, fluency in any other European language is a great advantage (eg. German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, other languages welcome.)

What will you do?

You will provide first class customer service and deal with customer queries via email, telephone and chat sessions. You will process bookings, provide price quotations, liaise with ferry operators as well as complete other administrative tasks, manage customer accounts and input data onto our bespoke online platform. But above all you will be in charge of our customer WOW.

Full on the job training is provided within the office environment therefore you must be able to commute daily.

We work Monday - Friday (40 hours per week which includes an hour for lunch within those hours, weekend overtime is paid at extra rate.)
