Initially, DFDS will be operating up to 20 departures a day on the Calais route. With effect from Monday 13th February, the Calais Seaways will be off service. As well as carrying out annual maintenance she will also be receiving an extensive refurbishment, which will include improvements to the Road Kings drivers area.
Since the Calais Seaways will be off service for an extended period of time and conscious of the demands for frequency, the two remaining vessels will each perform additional sailings during this period.
This means that from Monday 13th February to Thursday 30th March DFDS will be offering up to 24 daily departures on their Calais route, as well as up to 24 daily departures on their Dunkerque route.
