Freightlink is based upon knowing the demands of any business. We know that transport offices are busy places. That’s why we work hard to help you. One phone call to our Customer Service team will be able to help you find out all the information you need quickly and easily. Using one supplier for multiple routes across Europe will also save you time searching around. No matter the size of your business or your experience our team works with hauliers just like you. The reason we book so many ferries every year is because we excel at providing an unparalleled level of customer service regardless of how often you travel.
Ferry bookings should be an easy part of your day. That’s why we built our website to help you. Facilities such as “Track and Trace” let you see whether or not your driver has travelled at a glance as well as a free SMS service to send through their booking reference. You can also use “Saved Journeys” or “Saved Vehicles” to quickly rebook what you use frequently.
Here at Freightlink we want to give you the best and most productive rates on every route, for 365 days of the year. Freight ferry prices are generally fixed for the whole year, and do not fluctuate with the seasons. This means you will always know your costs and can provide the best service to your customers. Across our full ferry route network our best prices don’t need you to commit to any level of volume. Freightlink also don’t charge our haulage customers to make amendments to their freight ferry bookings. We will help you to make the right choice of ferry in the first place. But in transport we know that your ferry requirements may often change quickly, and freight tickets are normally free to cancel and amend. For example, your driver may have a mechanical issue or get stuck in traffic and need to catch a later ferry. Freightlink are here to react to your problems with no charge.
Some hauliers make ferry bookings on just one route. Some haulage companies can book many ferry routes daily. We have such an extensive route network, wherever you need to go you will be able to find a route that suits you. There is flexibility in our network meaning you can travel out on one route with one ferry operator, and return on a different route with a different ferry operator if that is what is best for you. You can make just one phone call to book several ferries to countries such as Norway, Malta or Sweden.
Haulage companies who have a regular volume of ferry requirements are welcome to trade with us on a Direct Debit basis, subject to credit approval. Simply speak to our sales or customer service team and we will send you over the correct forms. Alternatively, if you are only going to have infrequent requirements the vast majority of our clients prefer to pay as you go. We don’t require our pay as you go customers to any level of volume or spend, and meaning that you can book what you need, when you need it. We operate a highly secure system which records your card details off site. In fact, our customer service team never gets to see your card details. Once you have opened an account online, you will be provided with secure login credentials so you can make new bookings online or via our mobile site. On your second ferry booking you can also ring our customer service team where we can then make a repeat transaction against your original card.
