How do I pay?
Payments for ferry bookings are made through our secure online payment portal provided by PayPoint at the time of making your booking. We accept Visa Debit/Credit/Electron, Mastercard Debit/Credit and Maestro cards at no extra charge. For your first booking we ask that you pay online, however, if you have opened an account with us and paid online previously we are able to process bookings being paid with that card over the telephone.
Unfortunately for security reasons we cannot accept card payments over the telephone for your first booking.
If you are spending more with us (over £1000/month) there may be the option of a direct debit account, subject to credit. Please speak to our Customer Service team about this on +44(0) 844 847 9000.
