Customers who pay by credit/debit card or PayPal will receive a payment confirmation email at the time of booking. Invoices for online bookings will be sent via email following shipment.
Customers who book via our customer service team will be required to pay at the time of booking, and will receive an invoice and card receipt via email at this point. If the booking is amended with a positive or negative difference in cost an updated invoice will be sent following shipment.
Credit accounts will be sent a weekly invoice. At the end of the month we will issue a statement. For Direct Debit Customers payment will be taken on or around the 25th of the month following shipment.
