All quotes are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate / zero-rated if not registered in the UK (non-UK companies must register a VAT number with Freightlink in order to rely on this). Unless otherwise stated, quotes are for one-way travel only. All quotes are based upon in-gauge loads, carrying non-hazardous cargo. Quotes are valid for [30 days] only from the date of issue.

When you place a Booking on the basis of this quotation through the Portal or the App, and we accept that booking, you enter in an Agreement. This Agreement consists of this Booking and the latest version of our Terms and Conditions as at the date of your submission of the Booking to us. Unless the context otherwise requires, definitions used in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this quotation. When you submit a Booking to us: (i) this Agreement shall be legally formed and the Parties shall be legally bound on our acceptance of your Booking; (ii) you accept the Carrier Terms for the Carrier(s) relevant to your Booking; and (iii) you accept the BIFA 2011 standard trading conditions, a copy of which is available on request; in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and BIFA’s standard trading terms, this Agreement shall prevail.

All business is transacted under the current edition of the Standard Trading Conditions of the British International Freight Association.
