DFDS Update - Eastern Channel additional service update 17/03/2022 13.10

As you may be aware one of the Ferry providers on the Dover<>Calais service has today stopped all of its sailings to and from the port of Dover until further notice. However DFDS are pleased to confirm that we are shipping to our current schedule

The effects of this action will potentially result in delays entering the ports and extended waiting times, please be assured that we will do our utmost to support our loyal customers at this difficult time.

In addition to the extended waiting times, please be aware that our reservations team is experiencing high demands for our service and therefore you will experience extended response times. We ask for your understanding and patience during this time and would like to reassure you that your e mails will be responded to as soon as possible.

We thank you for your understanding during this time, which is totally beyond the control of DFDS.
