DFDS Seaways is one of the largest ferry operators in Europe, operating 50 freight and passenger ships.

The Dover ⇄ Calais ferry crossings takes around 90 minutes and there are around 15 crossings per day in each direction. Dover ⇄ Dunkerque takes around two hours.

The onboard services that DFDS Seaways offer on their cross channel routes are extensive. There are shops, bars and restaurants on board as well as dedicated offers and areas for freight drivers such as their “Road Kings” lounge. Currently on the DFDS Seaways cross-channel ferries drivers get a free meal* whether they are travelling to Calais, to Dover or to Dunkerque.
