Freight ferries from Kos to Greece

Following a devastating earthquake in the early 1930’s the original port of Kos, along with parts of the town, had to be rebuilt by its Italian dominants who had attained the island following the Italo-Turkish war in 1912. Since then, the port and city have grown to a popular holiday destination and a thriving trading a passenger harbour.
