Lochboisdale

Lochboisdale freight ferry services to the Isle of Barra and Mallaig.

Lochboisdale ferry port is in the main village of South Uist, in the Outer Hebrides, and is also the main ferry terminal for the island. From here you can catch freight ferries to Castlebay on Barra and to Mallaig on the west coast of Scotland.

At the port of Lochboisdale there is a small waiting room with toilet facilities and shops and refreshment places in the village itself.
