I want to cancel my booking

No Flexi Ticket	With Flexi Ticket
You will be entitled to a refund of your ticket subject to a cancellation fee of £30 / €35 upon request   Any applicable late cancellation charges from the operator will be charged in addition to this. In some cases this may equate to up to 100% of the initial fee.	You will receive a full refund for the cost of your ticket minus any applicable cancellation fees from the operator. In some cases this may equate to up to 100% of the initial fee.

 

I don't turn up for my crossing

Crossing will be charged in full	You will receive a full refund for the cost of your ticket minus any applicable no-show fees from the operator. In some cases this may equate to up to 100% of the initial fee.

 

I want to change some details of my booking

No Flexi Ticket	With Flexi Ticket
A £20 / €25 administration fee will be charged per amendment.   This in addition to any increase in the price of the ticket caused by this change.   Chargeable amendments include, but are not limited to:  Vehicle details (including type and length, but excluding just registration number) Date or time of crossing (on non-open ticket routes) Route or operator Change to passenger details	All amendments are free – subject to any increases to the cost of the ticket.    Amendments include:  Vehicle details Date or time of crossing Route or operator Change to passenger details

1. Flexi Tickets are charged at a cost of £5 / €6 per crossing
2. Flexi Tickets are available on all operators, with the exception of LeShuttle VP (Vans on Passenger) which is non-amendable.
3. Where an operator charges no show or late cancellation fees, you will still be liable for these in the event of you not turning up for a booked crossing or for a late cancellation (as per the operators terms and conditions), even if a flexi ticket has been purchased. The cost of the no show or late cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund. View No-show and late cancellation charges
4. Flexi Tickets cannot be added after purchase
5. Flexi Tickets are non-refundable
6. Any crossings which are cancelled for reasons outside of the customers control will be entitled to be refunded in full even if a Flexi Ticket isn’t purchased
7. Non-Flexi amendment fees will not be charged on crossings which are amended for reasons outside of the customers control
8. You will still be liable for any charges associated with changing your booking – for example if you move to a more expensive sailing the extra cost will still be due to be paid
9. If you change a booking to a cheaper crossing and have not paid for a Flexi-ticket, we will not charge you any extra than the cost of the original booking, subject to this being the first and/or only amendment.
10. Flexi tickets are valid up to the time of crossing
11. No money can be held on account for future bookings
