Yes, it is always possible to change or cancel your booking.

A Flexi Ticket can be purchased by non account customers.

If you contact us prior to your original booking time you can transfer your booking. If you have any changes to make to bookings please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1772 282 592.

It is also possible to cancel bookings. If you need to cancel or transfer your booking please let us know as early as possible as we may have other customers waiting on space.

*Please note that in certain rare circumstances ferry companies will charge for amendments to or cancellations of bookings. Where possible we will try to advise you where these apply in advance, but where they do apply we have no option other than to pass these onto you at cost.
