Here is the relevant Self Declaration form that all drivers must fill in and deliver to the local Italian Police, during their disembarkation process, at Brindisi port.

The connections with Sardinia will be further enhanced through the restoration of the Civitavecchia - Olbia lines and Civitavecchia - Cagliari.

The new service will provide logistics companies with three-weekly connections from Central Italy to Sardinia, with a hold capacity of 170 semi-trailers / trucks per departure, with the possibility of accommodating up to 12 drivers in tow. Big news is the Olbia - Cagliari connection, which will allow logistics companies to connect the North with the South of Sardinia, avoiding to travel several kilometers by road.

  • No cancellations or delays foreseen, however processes for boarding and during shipping are ready to accommodate for any directives issued by the health authorities
  • They are doing everything they canto avoid the spread in terms of cleaning/disinfecting the vessels etc.
  • Drivers will be distributed in private cabins subject to availability (which is likely to be available as most ships are pax/RoRo, an passengers are not allowed to travel)
  • Drivers exhibiting symptoms will not be allowed to board and should not be travelling.
