"Met Éireann, the Irish weather watchdog, has issued a yellow warning for Dublin and other parts of Ireland as Storm Diana nears. Storm Diana, which has been building in the mid-Atlantic, is expected to arrive in Ireland by the middle of this week. As part of the Storm's forecast, experts are predicting gusts of up to 96kmh in coastal areas by the Irish Sea and heavy rainfall of 20-30mm."
