How do I get confirmation of my booking?
All freight booking confirmations are sent to you by email. When you set up your account please provide us with your email address and mobile number if possible. When you make a booking online your email confirmation will be automatically sent. The website confirmation page is not confirmation of your booking being made with the operator.
If you have not received your email confirmation within 24 hours of making a booking please contact our Customer Service Team on +44(0)844 847 9000 who will arrange for this to be resent to you. Our team can also send you an SMS of your reference on request.
Alternatively, if you are logged in please visit the Track and Trace section on My Account where all your bookings will be listed along with reference numbers and booking status.
If you have lost your confirmation email simply give us a call and we can resend this for you. Alternatively, if you log in you can send SMS confirmations of your bookings direct to yourselves or your drivers.
