The history of Viking Line ferry services goes back to 1959 with a sailing between Sweden and Finland. The business has grown and now Viking Line operate in the Baltic Sea providing ferry crossings to Stockholm, to Turku, to Tallinn and to Helsinki.

In 2013 Viking Line transported 6.5million passengers, 604,000 cars and 119,500 cargo units and their routes such as Stockholm Turku, Helsinki Tallinn and Helsinki Stockholm have high levels of service and frequent departures.
