St Petersburg is the second largest city in Russia and is located on the Neva River, at the head of the Gulf of Finland on the Baltic Sea making it an important Russian port.

The port is recently finished with state of the art facilities, it has space to dock 67 cruise ships and brings in 150,000 passengers to the city a year. The cargo port has a constant turn over of goods including: metals, minerals, chemicals and coal and reaches an excess of 60,000 tonnes a year.
