Why have I received a cancellation email for my DFDS Dover <> Calais/Dunkerque booking?

All DFDS Dover <> Calais/Dunkerque bookings are valid for 10 days from the day of the booking, NOT the date of travel selected.

All bookings will get automatically cancelled by the operator but can be easily reinstated. Please contact our customer service team in order to re-instate your booking.
