P&O Ferries Update : No Show Fee Introduced on Rotterdam <> Hull Ferry Route
Demand continues to grow for self-drive space on the P&O Ferries Rotterdam (Europoort) <> Hull service.
P&O Ferries are often left with space once the ship leaves port due to confirmed booked vehicles not arriving in time at check-in and not being cancelled. Unfortunately they can no longer support these no shows and therefore with effect from the 1st October 2017, booked self-drive units which do not show for the sailing and are not cancelled before the check-in cut off time will be subject to a 'No Show' fee.
Please pay close attention to ensure that any space not needed is cancelled prior to the official cut off time. In turn, this will mean P&O Ferries can accommodate more booking requests right up to the sailing cut off time.
