We wish to remind you of the pre-boarding forms that are necessary for travel on the Adriatic Sea routes, as per the instructions announced by the Greek and Italian Authorities for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.

For travel from Italy to Greece:

1. Electronic Passenger Locator Form (PLF) - Boarding is allowed ONLY to passengers who have already submitted the PLF form through the platform https://travel.gov.gr up to twenty four (24) hours latest prior their arrival to the port of Corfu, Igoumenitsa or Patras.
2. “Pre-boarding health declaration questionnaire” - Passengers must fill in the questionnaire of the respective company according to departure vessel (questionnaire ANEK or questionnaire ATTICA). It is available at the port offices as well as on the sites www.superfast.com & www.anek.gr

For travel from Greece to Italy:

1. "Self-Declaration form in case of entry into Italy from abroad" - It is available at the port offices as well as on the sites www.superfast.com & www.anek.gr
2. “Pre-boarding health declaration questionnaire” - Passengers must fill in the questionnaire of the respective company according to departure vessel (questionnaire ANEK or questionnaire ATTICA). It is available at the port offices as well as on the sites www.superfast.com & www.anek.gr
