A variety of ferry & shuttle services for commercial van drivers are available for travel between Dover ⇄ Calais & Dunkerque and Folkestone ⇄ Calais -
- DFDS offers open ticket, continuous sailings in each direction with sailings taking approximately 90 - 120 minutes. On board faculties for van drivers on a freight ticket include shops, bars, restaurants and a dedicated freight drivers lounge. A free meal* is also included.
- Irish Ferries offers peak and off peak 90 minute sailings on the Dover ⇄ Calais route with space for over 120 commercial vehicles.
- P&O Ferries offers up to 70 peak and off peak sailings on the Dover ⇄ Calais route. A meal is included with your ticket.
- LeShuttle (Eurotunnel) Vans on Passenger Service (VP) between Folkestone and Calais allows van drivers to avoid the peak freight traffic, book to a specific time and access up to 4 crossings per hour. LeShuttle VP Flexi is also available offering a flexible, priority service.
- LeShuttle (Eurotunnel) Freight between Folkestone and Calais operates a 'turn up and go' service with up to 7 crossings per hour. Crossings take only 35 minutes!
