We are writing to inform you that Dover Harbour Board have implemented a change in process to the way in which Abnormal Load requests are submitted.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that nothing will change to the way in which you currently submit your Abnormal Load requests and our dedicated freight team will continue to process these requests on your behalf in the same way as we do currently.

The only change you will notice is that there are two additional fields requesting both the front and rear overhang dimensions.
