What do I do if I don't receive my booking email?

If you haven't received your booking confirmation email containing your ferry booking reference within 24 hours of making your booking then please check your spam and/or junk folders.

If you still have not received the confirmation email then please contact our Customer Service Team on +44(0)844 847 9000 who can arrange to resend it via email or SMS.
