We would like to remind you that the maximum height authorised for vehicles to travel with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle freight service is 4.20m - Vehicle Restrictions guide

In order to avoid unnecessary delays to your vehicles, please remind your drivers to drop their trailers and lower their antennas/aerials before entering our terminals. They also need to ensure that the maximum height restriction is respected at all times throughout the journey all the way to the shuttle.

Failure to do so may result in damage to your vehicles and/or Eurotunnel’s equipment. This will also result in vehicles setting off height detectors at various points of our terminals and therefore requiring additional checks by our operational teams.
