Grimaldi Group wishes to inform all companies engaged in transport and logistics that, starting from 8 May 2021, the ro-ro feeder link between Antwerp and Cork will start with two weekly departures from both ports. The service aims to strengthen Ireland's current connection to the vast Grimaldi network of over 140 ports around the world, and in particular by enhancing services in Northern Europe.

The Eurocargo Bari, a modern and eco-sustainable ship flying the Italian flag, with a load capacity of 3,850 linear meters, 250 trucks and 200 cars will be deployed on the route.

Thanks to this service, the Grimaldi Group will offer transport companies an excellent logistics solution from the city of Antwerp, located much closer to the main production sites and European consumer markets than other ports in the neighbouring regions. The launch of this service testifies to the firm will of the Grimaldi Lines Group to invest once again in international markets.
