This innovative solution allows your drivers and dispatchers to complete the check-in process online, using any device, whether it’s a computer, tablet, or smartphone, even before arriving at the port of departure.

How it works

1. Select Language
   Choose from over 20 languages for a smooth check-in experience.
2. Choose Unit Type
   Indicate whether your unit is accompanied or unaccompanied.
3. Find Your Booking
   Select Klaipėda as your departure port and enter your vehicle registration number (linked to your booking).
4. Enter Transport Details
   Provide unit dimensions, weight and driver information (name, gender, nationality, and passport data). You can also add additional drivers.
5. Review & Confirm
   Double-check all data, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm that your cargo is properly secured.
6. Receive Boarding Pass
   After successful check-in, proceed to the pick-up station at the port. Scan the QR code or enter the PIN to receive your boarding card. Then, drive to the pre-storage area and wait comfortably for departure.
