DFDS will NOT be providing Customs Services on the route for the initial period. This will be explored further. CONSIGNMENT NOTE INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that ALL freight transports UK ⇄ JERSEY will require a consignment note to be completed and sent to the relevant email of the port you are departing from. You will need to complete the consignment note for each leg of your journey.

Please title the email with the “Booking reference – Route – Date – Departure time.” The email addresses are as below:

JCE FORMS

Any JCE Forms are for importing in to Jersey. The information that we have been provided with is that even ’tools of the trade’ require a JCE375 form and all JCE Forms need to be sent alongside the Consignment note as per the instructions above.
