When will I get my booking reference?

If you have requested a booking for one of the following operators, this will be processed automatically, 24 hours a day and you will receive your booking confirmation email/SMS within a few minutes after booking -

  • DFDS Dover
  • Eurotunnel
  • Stena Line
  • Irish Ferries
  • P&O Ferries Irish Sea
  • P&O Ferries North Sea
  • Wightlink

Our office hours are 07.00 to 23.00 BST, Monday - Saturday and Sunday, 08.00 - 23.00 BST. Within these hours we will endeavour to get other operator booking references to you as quickly as possible.

Any requests made outside these hours will be processed when the office reopens. Please note that some ferry operators may have different opening hours and we will process requests as soon as we are able.

    On occasions where the operator is unable to offer a confirmed booking, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss alternatives.

    If you have not received your booking reference within 24 hours of making a booking please contact our Customer Service Team on +44(0)844 847 9000 and we will arrange for this to be resent to you.
