For consignments/lines above the pricing above, a member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm the price. This service will be added to your account automatically and will appear as a separate line on your invoice labelled 'Additional'.
Important
- We must receive the above information at least 24 hours before your departure date and time (at least 72 hours if it is an ATA Carnet)
- This service is only available between 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday
- If the operator is unable to confirm your booking, you will receive a 'standby/waiting list' booking. Under these circumstances, we may not be able to offer you a managed ENS service. We will then send you a link to make your ENS declaration via our online ENS Generator instead at a cost of £5.00 / €6.00. We reserve the right to charge any additional managed ENS service provided
- We reserve the right to charge for cancelled bookings where the Managed ENS service has already been completed
