This all depends on the route. On some routes the ships have single cabin facilities, on others it will be a berth in a cabin sharing with up to 3 other drivers.

Unfortunately we are unable to make arrangements in advance for drivers to have a cabin to themselves. If the driver would like this we recommend he speaks to staff on board and tries to make his own arrangements. In this situation, wherever possible, the ferry operator does try to accommodate single occupancy requests, however, this cannot always be guaranteed on particular busy sailings. There may also be an additional charge which the driver will have to pay there and then. Unfortunately Freightlink have no control over specific cabin allocations and any issues with these should be brought to the attention of on board staff.
